3.3. Other Useful Features

Using the scheduling function, you can send the reports to a specified E-mail Address.
Shown below is an example of the scheduling function setting, which sends a System Report to
manager@abcd.com at 6:00PM every day.

(1) Select System Report.
(2) Select Schedule Options. In this example, select Daily at time, then input 6:00PM.
(3) Check Send report to mail, then input the E-mail Address to which you want to send the report.
In this example, input manager@abcd.com.
(4) Clicked on Add To Schedule button to register this schedule.
The registered schedule is shown in the area labeled (5) on the figure above.
Using the scheduling function, you can export reports with a specified format such as Acrobat Format(.pdf),
Microsoft Word Document(.doc) or Rich Text Format(.rtf) to a specified folder .
Shown below is an example of the scheduling function which exports an Agent Report as WeekReport.pdf to the
specified folder at 12:00AM every Saturday.
