Answer
When we close the counter we only save cumulative counters. The active counters is calculated
real-time when re-open client.

When close the client and connect it again, counter will be reset?
Answer
This should happen only if reset time is between open and close.

If there are call activity while the client is disconnected and connect client again, that call activity
affect to the counters?
Answer
The mechanism of saving is designed so the close re-open does not affect counters even active
calls.

If counter reset time is included into that disconnected time period, does the counter reset affect to
the counter's value?
Answer
Yes. Counter reset is done when client process server data from reset time. So, counter reset
refers to server time not Client PC time.

How does NCV200 synchronize the time with PBX?
Answer
NCV200 synchronizes the time with PBX once a day via LAN. If you connect NCV200 and PBX via
DPT-LINK, it synchronizes the time with PBX at some triggers.

When do Group Active Counters : Current redirected ACD calls (Not answered) and Group Cumulative
Counters : Total Redirected ACD Calls (Not answered) increase?
Answer
They increase when an ACD call is transferred to another ICD Group due to Overflow No Answer.
