ERROR MESSAGE CAUSE
The OPC belt cartridge is not installed. Install the OPC belt cartridge. (See Replacing the OPC

The machine is out of paper or paper

The number you dialled does not
No Response/Busy
answer or is busy.
The toner cartridge is not installed
No Toner X

You tried to access a One-Touch or
Not Registered
Speed Dial number that is not
programmed.
The machine's memory is full.
Out of Memory
Remove the jammed paper. See the
Paper Jam A1

It is time to replace the 120K kit.
Replace 120K Kit
It is time to replace the fusing unit.
Replace Fuser

Press Mono Start or Colour Start to send or copy the

progress have finished and then try again.

Reduce print resolution. (See Advanced tab in the

Call your dealer or Customer Service to replace the
120K kit.
Replace the fusing unit. Although printing is still
possible when this message appears, replace the
fusing unit as soon as possible to ensure the print
quality. Contact your sales or service representative.
