7.2. Adjusting the RAID

Administrators may change RAID configurations to suit the needs of
a business or after a server system recovery.
Launch Disk Management to view or change RAID configurations in
Windows Storage Server.
1. Click twice on the desktop shortcut Server Manager.
2. On the left side of the window, click once on the + sign to the
left of Storage.
3. Click once on Disk Management.
7.3. 5big Storage Server Single Disk
Default Configuration
A single disk 5big Storage Server is shipped with two partitions, Sys-
tem and Data. Fig. 54, shows both partitions on the sole hard drive,
Disk 0. Volume C contains the Windows Storage Server operating
system and volume D the Data volume. The operating system parti-
tion, as shipped, takes up 35 GB.
