Jam at Top Cover, A7 or A10
Check for
jammed paper
and scraps in
the Fuser.
Ensure Fuser
locking levers
are fully
latched.
Note: Before troubleshooting, make
sure a supported media is used for
printing and that the media is free of
damage such as wrinkles, tears, and
curl. Make sure the printer
environment is within specifications
for humidity and temperature.

Yes
Remove any
paper or
scraps from
the Fuser
area.
Open the
Left Side
Output Tray
and print the
job.
Printing normally? No
Yes
Problem resolved.
Make sure
Left Side
Output Tray is
completely
closed.
Close tray if
necessary.
Still jamming?
Yes
Replace the
Fuser.
Still jamming?
Yes
Call for service.
