3. Remove the lock nuts that secure the slide brackets to the slide. You will
need two of these nuts from each slide to secure the slides to the inside
columns of the rack. Store the other nuts as you did in Step 2.

Step 3: Install the Slides in the Rack

This step explains how to install the LT 6000r slides in the rack. Refer to
Figure 13-4 during the installation.

1. Attach each slide to the inside columns of the rack by inserting the two
pins at each end of the slide into the holes marked out by the template. See
Figure 13-5.
