6 Installing Additional Boards

Introduction

This chapter explains how to install PCI accessory boards into the HP NetServer
LT 6000r PCI slots. The PCI slots are located on the I/O baseboard behind the
accessory board access panel as shown in Figure 6-1.
The LT 6000r I/O board accommodates six PCI accessory boards. Each slot
supports standard PCI boards; Slots 3, 4, 5, and 6 support the Hot-Plug option.
