Tray 1 paper size sensing service check

The printer does not sense the size of the media installed in Tray 1.
Note: If there is a problem when installing Tray 1, Tray 1 is difficult to remove or does not stay locked in
position, go to "Tray 1 service check" on page
Warning: Whenever the paper size sensing board is removed, customer settings in the NVRAM may be lost.

the back restraint.
