Reassembling the Roller Release Rod
(1) Attach the release rod roller in the slit in the roller release rod. Attach the roller release rod
on the shaft of the chassis ASSY.
Note: Apply the silicon grease (Shin-Etsu Chemical brand G501) by a rice-grain sized drop
to full around of the release rod roller.
(2) Attach the release lever on the roller release rod. Secure them using the retaining ring.
Note: Apply the silicon grease (Shin-Etsu Chemical brand G501) by a rice-grain sized drop
to the rubbing portion between the roller release rod and the release lever.
(3) Hook the end of the release lever spring on the hole of the release lever. Hook the other
end of the release lever spring on the tab of the chassis ASSY.
