Default Description
Enable Enables/disables check-
ing the paper size versus
the document page size.
1 Sets the number of cop-
ies to be printed. For
local printing, this set-
ting is invalid except for
demo data.
Range: 1 to 999.
OFF Sets whether or not to
use the duplex function
by default.
Long Sets the default binding
edge position for duplex print-
bind ing.
600dpi Sets the default resolu-
tion.
OFF Sets whether or not to
use the toner save mode
to reduce the amount of
toner used for imaging.
Selects a print speed to
suit your document type.
Portrait Selects the default page
orientation.
64 lines Sets the number of lines
of text per page (PCL
only). The default num-
ber of lines for A4 por-
trait is 64. The number
differs depending on the
size of paper in the feed
tray.
Cas- PCL only. Sets the size of
sette the printable page area
size to match the size of the
paper when no com-
mand is issued by the
computer.
