Blow open air and fuel passages in the carburetor body
with compressed air.
Install the needle jet, needle jet holder, main jet and
slow jet.
Install the throttle stop screw and pilot screw.
After tighten the pilot screw completely, back it
out according to the recorded turns when
removing.
If installing the new pilot screw, adjust the pilot
screw.
Install the float valve, float and float arm pin.

Float Level Adjustment

Measure the float level in the state of contacting
with float valve and float arm by inclining the
carburetor.
STANDARD LEVEL : 12.5mm
TOOL : FLOAT LEVEL GAUGE
Check the smooth operation of float.
