INSTALLATION
Apply thin coat of grease to the swingarm pivot bolt
surface.
Install the swingarm into the frame, then install the
pivot bolt from the left side.
Install the U-nut.
Hold the pivot bolt using a special tool, tighten the U-
nut to the specified torque using the same tool.
TORQUE : 8.8 kgf m ( 88 N m)

Install the swingarm-to-rear cushion lower flange bolt,
then tighten the bolt to the specified torque.
TORQUE : 3.4 kgf m ( 3.4 N m)
Install the brake hose clamp correctly.
Install the rear caliper bracket into the groove of the
swingarm.
Install the rear wheel mudguard.

Install the rear wheel. ( 14-7)
Install the removed parts in the reverse order of
removal.
