The menu displays the available audio tracks and their language code, highlighting the currently

Toggle Subtitle Display

Displays the name of the timeline or menu in the first line. The second line displays the current chapter

currently previewing timeline or displays the duration of the menu or still. If you set no duration for a menu or still,

Previous Chapter and Next Chapter buttons
appear when you preview movie timelines. Menus do not have chapter points, so these buttons are not available
when previewing menus.

To preview motion menus
Motion menus preview with motion if they've been rendered, and as static if they haven't been rendered. (View the
Transcode Status icon to see if an asset's been rendered or not.) You can choose to render either the current motion
menu or all of the motion menus to composite the buttons over the moving images. You render a single motion menu
from within the Preview panel; you render all of the motion menus before you open the Preview panel.

Do one of the following:

To render a motion menu in the Preview panel, choose File > Preview, navigate to the desired menu, and then click
the Render Current Motion Menu button

To render all the motion menus in the project, make sure that the Preview panel is closed, and then choose File >
Render > Motion Menus. Once rendering is complete, choose File > Preview.
To set Preview preferences
By default, the Project Preview panel uses a 4:3 aspect ratio. You can change the default ratio in order to preview
widescreen projects. Preview preferences also specify the target language and region codes.
