The Import Subtitles (Text Script) dialog box includes the following options:
Set the font, font style, stroke, and other attributes of the text. These options are the same
Text formatting options
as those in the Character panel with the exception of Stroke Weight
between the subtitles and the video and improves readability.
Bounding box coordinates
coordinate for an edge (left, right, top, and bottom). You can also drag the corner handles or edges of the bounding
box in the dialog box preview. If necessary, you can adjust the size of the bounding box for each clip after you place
them. (See "To edit, reformat, or move subtitles" on page 156.)
Sets the orientation of the text, either horizontal

Text position within bounding box
