Steam cooking
– only the main oven

Note
Can be operated with the system steam
accessory only (Available as an optional
accessory from specialist outlet).
Do not use the steam cooking setting until the oven
has cooled down completely (room temperature).
Select only steam cooking mode for the operating
mode. Other settings are not permitted.
Function selector
1.
Turn the function selector until Steam cooking
appears on the text display.
After approx. 3 seconds Steam cooking setting
– In operation is indicated on the text display.

The steam cooking process is now regulated
automatically.
When Steam cooking flashes on the text display,
the oven has not cooled down completely.
Switch the oven off. Wait until the oven has cooled
down to room temperature.
Restart the steam cooking setting.
