Cause
The blast wheel blades are worn or dam-
aged.
The impeller is worn.
The blast wheel blades and control cage are
not correctly aligned.
There are loose screws and nuts.
The blast motor is damaged.
The wheels are damaged.
4. Install the new front rubber seals (C) with the steel
strips (D) between the front rubber seals. The angle
strip (E) is part of the body and can not come off.

5. Install the 3 bolts, tighten the inner nuts first and then
the outer nuts.
6. Put the front wheel on the surface.
Solution
Replace the parts that are worn or damaged.
Replace the impeller.
Do a check of the blast wheel blades and
control cage.
Tighten all screws and nuts.
Speak to an approved Husqvarna service
agent.
Replace the wheels.
