4. Push the V-belt with your tumb to examine the
tension. If you can push the V-belts a distance of
10–15 mm (A), the tension is correct.
5. Adjust the v-belt tension if it is necessery. Loosen
the 4 bolts of the motor and put strips below the
motor foot.
6. Replace the V-belt if it is necessary. Refer to
replace the V-belt on page 25 .
7. Install the V-belt cover.
To replace the V-belt
WARNING:

disconnected and the motors have fully
stopped.
WARNING:
without the V-belt cover installed.
1. Stop the product. Refer to
V-belt tension on page 24 .
2. Disconnect the power supply.
3. Remove the 3 screws, the 6 washers and the V-belt
cover.
4. Loosen the 4 bolts of the motor and remove the
strips if necessary.
5. Remove the small V-belt pulley and the V-belt.

8. Install the small V-belt pulley.
