Jaws

CAUTION! The dismounting and mounting of
!
the main pivots of the jaws has to be carried
out by an authorized service workshop.
Check the wear of the crushing surfaces on the jaws and add
filling material if necessary.
Before adding filling material, remove all remains of paint,
as these can cause developement of toxic gases.
Preheat the surface up to 150-200 °C.
After adding filling material, let cool slowly to room
temperature.

Replaceable tips (DCR 300)
The tips can be removed for welding work or replaced if worn
out.

Ensure the machine is cleaned and that a complete service is
carried out before long-term storage.

Worn product

This machine has the prerequisites to last for many years.
This minimizes the machine's environmental impact. Perform
service and maintenance according to the instructions in this
manual. This way the engine will last longer and the
hazardous emissions are minimized.
When the machine is worn out it should be disposed of for
recycling or scrapping.
Follow local regulations for disposal and recycling.
