5. Put a container below the oil drain plug.
6. Remove the oil fill plug (A) and the oil drain plug (B).
7. Let the oil drain into the container.
8. Install the oil drain plug.
Problem
The filter cleaning
system does not op-

The motor is on but

Troubleshooting

Cause
There is no pressure or not sufficient pres-
sure in the pressure tank.
There is too much moisture in the pressure
tank.
The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
does not operate correctly or the settings are
incorrect.
The primary filters are dirty.
There is a leakage in the dust collection sys-
tem.
The dust extraction hose is incorrectly instal-
led or damaged.
The tension of the V-belts is incorrect.
The phases are incorrect.
9. Fill the air compressor oil tank with 1 l of oil. Refer to
Technical data on page 24 for correct type of oil.
CAUTION:
10. Install the oil fill plug.
11. Discard the drained oil correctly. Obey local
environmental regulations.
Solution
Do a check of the pneumatic system.
Clean the air compressor filter. Replace if it
is necessary. Refer to
pressor filter on page 13 .
Use the nozzle for pressurized air to remove
all moisture from the pressure tank. Refer to
To drain the water from the pressure tank on
page 19 .
Speak to an approved service agent.
Clean the primary filters. Refer to
the primary filters on page 14 . Replace the
primary filters if it is necessary. Refer to
replace the primary filters on page 14 .
Do a check of the dust storage system for
seals and leakages. Replace if it is necessa-
ry.
Do a check of the dust extraction hose. Re-
place if it is necessary.
Do a check of the tension of the V-belts.
Change the phase sequence. Refer to
start the product on page 10 .
