Redisplaying the message
About this task
Use this procedure to:
• Redisplay the message while the call is ongoing
• Terminate the call and redisplay the message.
Procedure
1. While the call in ongoing, press More.
2. Select Messaging > Inbox.
The system displays the received message summary.
3. To display the message in full, press View.
4. (Optional) Use the four-way navigation key to scroll up and down a long text message to
reveal the content while reviewing and discussing the message with the called party.
5. (Optional) To terminate the call and redisplay the message, press the On-hook and
On/Off (
Answering a text message with a predefined message
Procedure
1. Press the soft key Reply.
2. Press the More soft key.
The Templates option is displayed.
3. Press the soft key Select.
A list of predefined message template is displayed.
4. Navigate to the required message template and press the Select soft key. If required you
can edit the message.
5. Press the soft key Send.
The message sender's number is displayed in the handset display.
6. Press the soft key Send.
A "Message sent" confirmation is displayed and the message is sent to the caller.
Declining a call with a predefined message
About this task
To decline a call with a predefined message, both the caller and the call receiver must be
connected via an Wireless Handset 3700 system.
