Removals and Replacements
1 080 System Board
Caution: To avoid accidentally discharging the battery, remove it
before disconnecting the battery/speaker cable
.
Connect the cable
before replacing the battery.
Attention: Pour éviter que la pile ne se décharge
accidenteliement,
retirez-la avant de déconnecteur le fil
haut-parleur-pile.
Reconnectez
le fil haut-parleur-pile avant de remettre la pile en piace
.
Removal
• Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
• Remove left cover (1 005).
• Remove memory adapter (1 015)
.
• Remove adapters (1 020).
• Label ali connectors and cables. See "System Board
Connectors"
on page 85.
• Disconnect ali cables and grounds from the rear edge and com-
ponent side of the system board
.
• Remove the nine screws that secure the system board.
• Touch a bare meta! ground before removing the system board
.
