Removal
• Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
• Remove rear cover
(1007).
• Remove right cover (1
006).
• Remove power supply (1056)

if you cannot access the fan
screws.
• Unplug the fan power cable from the power distribution board

• Remove the four screws

and nuts that secure the fan

and fan guard to the chassis

Note that air flows into the
chassis.
Check for indicator arrows on fan housing

Note: Replace the filter periodically owing to the environmental con-
ditions. The replacement interval should not exceed one
year.
Keep a dated record of filter replacements to ensure
proper intervals
