13 Maintenance
13.1 Daily maintenance
The pellet stove requires careful maintenance
(see the maintenance label on the pellet hopper
lid). The main care to be taken is the regular
cleaning of the ashes in the pellet burning area.
This can be done in a practical way with the aid
of a simple ash vacuum cleaner. The cleaning
operation must be carried out after each firing
of approximately 30kg of pellets.
Note: Before proceeding with any cleaning
operation it is imperative that the stove is turned
off and sufficiently cold to avoid accidents.

suggested cleaning schedules attached to the

this manual.
13.2 Glass cleaning
The glass may only be cleaned when it is
completely cold; it must be cleaned with a
suitable product, respecting the instructions for
use and preventing the product from reaching
the sealing cord and the painted metal parts -
so as not to cause unwanted oxidation. The
sealing cord is glued and should therefore
not be wetted with water or cleaning products.
