You have to remove the housing cover to carry out any of the following activities:
•
Mount the WS-AP3765 or WS-AP3767e to a wall or to the optional mounting plate
•
Connect the power supply cables, Ethernet cable, or external antenna cables to the access
points
•
Use the reset button on the access points
Mounting the Outdoor Access Point
Warning: Remove the housing cover only after you have turned off the power supply to the
WS-AP3765 or WS-AP3767e.
Warning: Danger from line voltage
Once you have removed the housing cover, there is the danger from line voltage in the area of the
connecting terminate on the power supply adapter.
Only authorized personnel is permitted to open the device and carry out any work on the open
device (for example, connection and disconnection of lines, operating the reset button).
