No video signal available. There are two possible causes:

No error. The monitor is in energy saving mode.
•
Error: The video source or video cable is damaged.
Remedy
Contact service.
Check the power cable.
Is the power switch in the "On" position?
Exchange the sync cable connectors.
Check the video source.
Set a different timing for the video source.
Set the frequency and phase.
Check the following:
•
Are the temperature limit values set cor-
rectly?
Open the OSD "Others" menu.
•
Is the ambient temperature in the accept-
able temperature range?
•
Are the housing cooling fins free and open?
•
Was the required distance between the
monitor and other objects maintained dur-
ing installation?
•
Is there a heat source near the monitor?
In the OSD "Signal" menu, switch from "Color"
to "Monochrome".
Connect the loose plug and secure it.
Replace the defective cable.
