9 Troubleshooting
The LED continuously lights up green when operating normally. In the event of a fault, you
can localize it as follows, based on the screen display and the operation LED.
1. Check the monitor for the possible causes listed in this table.
2. Carry out the remedial measures before contacting the service personnel.

Lamp warm-up period:
Setting is active, and the monitor is in
the warm-up period.

Monitor has reached an initial critical
(flashing)
temperature level.
Lamp warm-up period:
Setting is active, and the warm-up pe-
riod has expired without the monitor
having reached the stabilized lumi-
nance level.

Internal error

Remedy
Check the monitor settings (e.g. LUT, bright-
ness, no test pattern, etc.).
Check and adapt the graphics card settings.
Deactivate Power Safe Mode
DVI cable is not connected
Correct the timing
Inform servicing department
Switch on power switch
Check the power cable
Replace power cable
Remedy

Wait for the warm-up period to expire.
The LED turns green when the lamp has
reached the stabilized luminance level.
Select a lower brightness level for standard op-
eration.
Check the ventilation and improve these condi-
tions if necessary.
