Use this option to inject additional laundry or to remove
alien substances while the washer is operating.

Press the 동작/일시정지 button.
• The washer will stop operating.
• The washer itself will determine if the door can
be opened safely, and if so, it will turn off the
door locking (

After injecting additional laundry or to removing
alien substances such as coins or pins, close the
washer door.

Press the 동작/일시정지 button.
• Continue to wash.
NOTE
If you want to inject additional laundry or to remove alien
substances, check the operational status of the washer.
• The rotating washing bucket will stop and then door
locking will be deactivated.
• If the water temperature in the washing bucket is high,
then wait until it cools down.
• If your washer has the 빨래추가 button, then press it to
open the washer door. If there is too much water inside
the washing bucket, then water will be automatically
drained until the safe water level is reached and after
that door locking will be deactivated.
CAUTION
• When adding laundry, make sure to completely push
it into the washing bucket. If laundry interferes with
door opening, the rubber packing can get damaged,
causing water leakages or malfunctions.
• If you forced the washer door to open, then it can
cause part damages and safety problems.
• If you try to open the door when there are too much
bubbles or water in the washing bucket, bubble and
water can overflow, causing burn injuries or the wet
floor.

NOTE
• It provides better washing power with less
consumption of electricity.
• High temperature steam will effectively dissolve
detergents.
• When the Steam option is selected, if you press the

option will be deselected.
• If you press the 스팀 button right after pressing the
전원 button, then the default setting of the Standard
Washing cycle will be automatically selected.
• When steam washing is taking place, as strong steam
is sprayed inside the washing bucket, you cannot see
the inside clearly but everything is normal.
• The ʻShhhʼ sound is heard when steam washing is
taking place but it does not mean malfunctions.
CAUTION
• Do not insert fine textile such as wool or silk, or
clothes likely to lose colors.
• If you press the pause button while steam washing is
taking place and then open the washer door, then the
remaining steam in the steam spray nozzle can come
out for a while. Do not touch it with your body parts.
The hot steam can cause burn injuries.
