Symptom
After spin drying,
laundry is still wet.
During the Spin Drying
cycle, I hear the
thumping sound and it
repeats stopping and
starting.
The spin drying time
gets longer.

Is laundry inclined to one side
during the spin drying process?
Is there too little laundry?
Did you classify your laundry?
Is the washing bucket inclined to
a certain side?
Troubleshooting
• If so, it will increase the ground noises
or vibrations. So, the number of rotation
will be reduced automatically for spin
drying, which causes a degradation in the
performance. Evenly spread laundry and
spin dry it one more time.
• If so, laundry will be inclined to a certain
side, increasing the noises and vibrations.
As a result, the number of rotations will
be automatically reduced for spin drying.
Collect more laundry and spin dry them
together.
• If laundry is inclined to a certain side
during the Spin Drying process, it
can cause vibrations or noises. To
prevent these problems, its position is
automatically shifted. Divide up your
laundry into different types and spin dry
them separately.
