Alarms
The following signs displayed during operation do not indicate malfunctions.
They just indicate that the washer is frozen or indicates the time of Bucket Sterilization or button locking.
Alarms
Cause
The washing bucket is not
rotating.
Are there too much laundry
in the washing bucket?
Is the water not heated
properly?
Is laundry not dried?
Cause
Are the water supply/drain
hoses or the drain pump
frozen?
Did you clean the washing
bucket at least one to two
months ago?
Will you clean the washing
bucket next time?
You pressed the button, but
the button does not function
properly?
Troubleshooting
• If so, then the washing motor is
overloaded, and the washing bucket will
not rotate as a result. Remove some
laundry from it and restart washing. If the
same problem persists, remove the power
plug and contact the LG Electronics
service center.

Troubleshooting
• Soak cloth in warm water and melt the
water supply hose with it. Inject warm
water into the washing bucket and melt
the water drain hose and the water drain
pump.
• Select the Bucket Sterilization cycle.
• If you don't want to use the Bucket
Sterilization cycle but to perform general
washing, then turn the cycle selection dial
or press the button.
• Check if the Button Locking function is
activated. If you want to deactivate it,
press the button locking button for three
seconds.
