Troubleshooting

While using the product, if you observe the these symptoms, do not report problems immediately, but check the
following items first.
Symptom
There are bubbles or
rinsing is failed.
Steam comes out of the
detergent injection hole
or the vent at the rear
of the washer.
Water overflows from
the detergent box.
There is some detergent
left in the detergent
box.
I hear the thumping
sound when water is
supplied.
I cannot turn on the
power.

Did you use a special detergent
for drum washer only?
Did you exceed the recommended
amount of detergent?
Is laundry polluted too little?
Did you select the Boling cycle?
Is water too hot?
Is the detergent injection hole
dirty or opened?
Did you exceed the recommended
amount of detergent?
Is the faucet closed or opened
too little?
Is the water pressure too low?
Is water being supplied?
Did you press the 전원 button?
Is the power plug inserted into
the consent?
Is the circuit breaker off?
Did you connect it to 110 V ?
Troubleshooting
• Use a special drum washer detergent.
• Do not exceed it.
• If so, then use less than the
recommended amount of detergent.
• Steam is generated as water is heated. It
is not a sign of malfunction. So, feel free
to use the machine.
• If the water temperature is higher than 50
°C, then bubble can overflow when you
inject detergent.
• Clean the detergent injection hole and
close it firmly. Do not open it while water
is supplied.
• Do not exceed it.
• Open the faucet.
• Clean the water supply inlet net or check
the water pressure.
• The sound is heard as the air pressure
difference in the water supply pipe forces
the water hit the water supply pump. It is
not a sign of malfunction.
• Press the 전원 button.
• Insert the power plug.
• Turn on the circuit breaker.
• The product is only for 220 V.
