With [z: Long exp. noise reduction], you can reduce the noise generated

during long exposures ( = 173).
To reduce camera shake, consider using a tripod and an optional remote
z
controller (Remote Switch RS-60E3 or Wireless Remote Control BR-E1), or the
bulb timer.
Bulb Timer
Using the bulb timer eliminates the need to keep holding down the shutter
button during exposure.
Note that the bulb timer is only available in < a > mode with the shutter
speed set to [BULB].
