Incorrect paper size is detected in Tray 5.
Initial Actions
Check that the paper size setting is correct.
Check the Tray 5 Paper Size Sensor
or replace as required.
Check the switch actuators on Tray 5
required.
Procedure
Ensure Tray 5 is closed. The voltage measured at P/J548-5 (Section 7, TT Module (rear)
Plug/Jack Locations -
