ADJUSTING THE AUTOLUBE PUMP MINIMUM STROKE

2. Remove:
9 Autolube pump cover (outer) 1
3. Install:
9 Dial gauge 1
Install the dial gauge to the autolube
pump plunger, so that the top end is
attached.
Dial gauge and stand set

4. Check:
9 Autolube pump minimum stroke

a. Measure the autolube pump stroke while
turning the kick crank slowly.

b. Loosen the locknut 1 and turn the adjust-
ing bolt 2 direction a or b for proper

adjustment.

Minimum stroke:
0.25-0.30 mm (0.010-0.012 in)
Maximum stroke:
1.00-1.15 mm (0.04-0.05 in)
c. Tighten the locknut 1.
