10.3.6 Visual inspection

During the visual inspection, check all components for mechanical damage and leaks. Replace damaged
components immediately.

10.3.7 Leakage test

A leakage test is only possible if the QWIK‑PURE
1. Fill the QWIK‑PURE
2. Check all hose and other connections for leaks.

Measure
• Tighten the hose clamp.
• Replace hardened hose and respective hose
clamps.
• Check the fit of the seal and correct if necessary.
• Check the seal for damage and replace if
necessary.
• Tighten the bayonet fitting.
• Check the seal for damage and replace if
necessary.
• Check the fit of the seal and correct if necessary.
• Check the seal for damage and replace if
necessary.
• Tighten the end cap.
