POWER UP

a. Startup Display
When power is applied to the probe, the cell
heater turns on. It takes approximately one
half hour for the cell to heat to operating
temperature. This condition is indicated by a
"warm up" display on the LOI (Figure 6-1).
This message will continue to display until
the cell is up to operating temperature.
b. Operating Display
The normal operating display is the % O
concentration. The "normal" display is
shown in Figure 6-2.
c. Error
If there is an error condition at startup, an
alarm message will be displayed. Refer to
Section 8, TROUBLESHOOTING, to deter-
mine the cause of the error. Clear the error,
cycle power, and the % O
return.
d. LOI
The Local Operator Interface can be used to
change the software and alarm settings, to
adjust the high and low gas settings, and to
initiate the calibration sequence. Refer to
the LOI menu (Figure 6-4).
e. Reference Air
Ensure the reference air, if used, is set to
56.6 l/hr (2 scfh).
