Is the installed software and EEPROM
version correct?

1 Make sure that all wires between the remote controller user interface P1/P2
and the connector X30A: 7‑8 on the indoor unit main PCB are firmly and
correctly connected, see
2 Check the continuity of all wires.
3 Replace any damaged or broken wires.
