Embroidery mode
Handling
Enter the service program by:
1. Place the Embroidery unit.
2. Pressing the " - " button of the Stitch length button
and Mirror side to side button simultaneously
while switching on the machine.
The display now shows the Expression service
program. There are 4 different service menu
functions, to switch in-between the menus, use the
Stitch selection buttons according to below.
Key No 0
Main view : Default view of the Embroidery Service
Menu.
Key No 1
Embroidery test : Show the user the embroidery unit
and current attached hoop.
Key No 2
Embroidery test : Belt tension test, full calibration,
test position and park position.
Key No 3
Test design: Test embroidery reload, select position
of the test embroidery.
Key No 4
Tension adjustment : Adjust the default tension for
embroidering.

Test
Entering Function No 1.
1. Place the Embroidery unit on Designer Jade 35.
2. Enter service program by pressing the " - " button
of the Stitch length button and Mirror side to side
button simultaneously while switching on the
machine.
3. The display shows main view of the embroidery
service menu.
4. Press Stitch selection buttons "
This view shall show the user the current attached
embroidery unit and the current attached hoop.
Attached hoop
Show the current attached hoop if no hoop is
attached the value shall be "-".
If press "Hoop options" again, the Y carrier moves to
check whether a hoop is attached and what kind of
frames is attached.
Embroidery unit
Show the user current attached embroidery unit.
