3-13. A/C Head Adjustment Method (General)

!. Adjust screw A after loosening screw G.
Tightened direction : Decrease Cue level
Loosened direction : Increase Cue level
". Tighten screw G after finishing the adjustment of screw A.
(refer to following item "Azimuth adjustment & fix")
!. Phase is adjusted by screw F after loosening screw G
". Tighten screw G after finishing the adjustment of screw F.
(refer to below item "Azimuth & Tilt")
Screw (G) must be always tightened during the adjustment except Tilt and
Azimuth Adjustment.
Tightened direction : In case CTL level increase when A/C Head Press down.
Loosened direction : In case CTL level increase when A/C Head lift up
NOTE : Please refer to figure 3-13-4 for the portion to lift up and press
down A/C Head.
After height adjustment, tighten the screw (H) to fix height of A/C Head.
Normally the CUE level is decreased when the screw (H) is tightened. Adjust
screw (B) considering it.
!. Adjust X-value at Hole (E) by VFK0357, then tighten the screw (C) and (D) to
fix A/C Head horizontal position.
". Hit gently at the portion of A/C Head Top Plate as shown in figure 3-13-5 to
confirm the phase shift.

VFK1178 (0.89mm Hex Driver)
VFK1150 (5.5mm Nut Driver)
VFK1148 (1.5mm Hex Driver)
VFK1209A (Torque Driver), VFK1148 (1.5mm Hex Driver)
VFK0912 or 1375 (1.5mm Post Axis Driver)
VFK1190 (1.5mm L type of Hex Wrench)
