3.5.2 Removing and installing the front part of
the delivery line for reduction agent, Kar‐
oq
Removing
– Note the safety precautions when working on the SCR system
⇒ "2.5 Safety precautions when working on the SCR system",
page 4 .
– Close all open lines and connections with clean plugs from the
screw plug set for engine - VAS 6122- .
– Unclip the reducing agent line protective cover -1- on the right
side of the fuel tank.
– Disconnect the lectrical plug connection -arrow- on the Heat‐
ing for reducing agent line - Z104- . Release and remove plug
connections.
– Unclip the delivery line for reducing agent from the mounting
bracket -2- and -3- on the connection point.
– Press together the locking clip of the reduction agent line as
shown in direction of arrows -1-.
Note
To capture escaping reduction agent, place a clean cloth under
the separation point.
