FILM
Designed for playback of matrix-encoded PCM digital stereo
film sources.
Systems that include side and rear channels will derive six
separate channels (rear channels will be parallel) and systems
with only side or rear channels will derive five separate
channels. The .1 LFE channel is generated through bass
management in the MC-12.
Note:
dts NEO:6 FILM is not included on the 2-CH MODE
menu. This listening mode is available with 44.1kHz
and 48kHz PCM digital input sources. It is not
available with analog input sources.
