1.1 GENERAL

•Read this manual carefully.

of the appliance. It should be
kept in its entirety and in an
accessible place until the ap-
pliance is disposed of.
•Read the instructions in this
manual carefully before install-
ing and using the appliance.
Failure to read, understand or
correctly interpret the instruc-
tions contained in this manual
may cause damage to the
appliance and the surrounding
environment, as well as be a
source of danger for the oper-
ator.
•Installation, maintenance and
any repairs should be carried
out by authorized technical
personnel. Maintenance or re-
pairs attempted or carried out
by non-authorized personnel,
in addition to invalidating the
warranty, can cause damage
to the appliance and the sur-
rounding environment, as well
as be a source of danger for
the operator.
•Only original spare parts must
be used when replacing com-
ponents.

professional use for preparing
and cooking food such as
in the kitchens of restaurants,
canteens, hospitals and com-
mercial enterprises such as
bakeries, pastry shops, butch-
ers' shops etc. All other uses
are considered improper and
non-compliant.
•The appliance must only be
used by qualified personnel
who have undergone specific
training.
