INTERNAL VENTILATION -
DEFLECTOR
When the door is opened, the ventilator au-
tomatically switches off (as do the heating
elements); it starts again soon as the door is
closed.
The function of the deflector is to cover the
fan and direct the air / steam. It can only
be removed and inspected by trained and
specialized technical personnel.
Description
DETERGENT DRAWER
Fill the drawer with original "Smeg
Foodservice" detergent.
Top up when the indicator on the display
indicates that you should do so. See below.
