Right-click the icon for your printing system in the Printers and Faxes window. A list
appears.
Click Properties in the list. The Properties dialog box appears. Click the Device
Settings tab.
Select the Hard Disk check box. The Hard Disk Settings dialog box appears.
Click Import.
The Import VMB List dialog box appears. Select the virtual mail box data file to read
from the Look in list.
Click the virtual mail box list name and click Open.
The virtual mail box list is opened in the Defined names area. Click OK to save the
list. The imported list will replace all the defined names that were already in the
Save Jobs in Virtual Mail Boxes
From the application's Print dialog box, open the Properties. Select Print from the
File menu and select Properties.
Open the Properties dialog box, and click the Job tab.
