Prise the pedal plunger and spring out of
the undercarriage assembly.

To refit, locate the spring onto the pedal
plunger. Locate the end of the spring onto the
retaining channel in the undercarriage. Press the
pedal plunger hinge points in to the retainers in
the undercarriage.

Once fitted position the undercarriage into
the upright position. Ensure the pedal plunger
slides into the channel shown.

After replacing the pedal or pedal plunger
test the undercarriage assembly for actuation.

To remove the lock arm, remove the screws
and plastic washers from either side of the
undercarriage assembly.

Firmly pull the hinge points out of the
undercarriage.
