Align the swivel catch spring with the locator
on the brushbar motor cover. Press the swivel catch
into place.

Slide the brushbar motor cover onto the
brush housing assembly. Refit and tighten the
two cheesehead screws.

Refit the gimble cover onto the front of the
brushbar motor cover. Refit and tighten the two
cheesehead screws.

Refit the motor mounts onto the ribs inside
the brushbar motor cover.

Locate the rear of the cleanerhead
connector block onto the shelf in the brushbar
motor cover. Press the front of the block into
the brushbar motor cover until the catch clips
into place.

Reconnect the white wire from the cleanerhead
connector block onto the PCB assembly.
