Reset the MB switch.
(Down→Up→Down)

If the fault cannot be cleared, replace
the card.

and DAIB is correctly connected.

and DAIB is correctly connected.

Reset the MB switch of DAIA card on
the main site.
(Down→Up→Down)
Check to see if the cable between DAIA and
DAIB (sending side) is correctly connected.
