Bieżnia ma 12 programów ustawionych przez producenta (P1,P2, P3......P15, patrz grafy niżej). Każdy
ustawiony przez producenta program ma maksymalną wartość prędkości, która jest wyświetlona po wybraniu
danego ćwiczenia. Aktualna prędkość jest wyświetlana w okienku prędkości. Każdy program ma różne sposoby
zmiany prędkości.
