Preparing the Workstation
for Battery Installation
To prepare the workstation:

If the workstation is on, turn it off.
Unplug the workstation.
Unlock and open the front bezel.
Remove the large access panel.
If the expansion board cage security screw is in place, remove it.
Remove the expansion board cage.
Locate the jumper on the expansion cage system board, as shown in
Figure D-1.
Remove any expansion boards that may interfere with your access to the
jumper.
