Canceling Service Mode Lock
For a customer engineer to carry out inspection or repair in service mode, the
machine administrator must log onto the machine and cancel the service mode
lock.

Press the {User Tools/Counter} key.

Press [System Settings].

Press [Administrator Tools].

Press [Service Mode Lock].

Press [Off] and then press [OK].

Press the {User Tools/Counter} key.
The customer engineer can switch to service mode.
