Chapter 5 Operation of Function - Projecting with Memory Viewer
1)
Press asqw to select a file from the thumbnails, and press the <ENTER> button.
f Playback starts in the full-screen display.
f Pressing the <ENTER> button during playback pauses playback. Pressing it again resumes playback from
the position where the playback has been stopped.
f After playback ends, playback goes into pause state at the beginning of the file.
f Pressing w during playback performs fast-forward playback. Every press of w increases the speed. (3
levels)
f Pressing q during playback performs rewind playback. Every press of q increases the speed. (3 levels)
f Pressing a plays back the file being played back from the beginning. (cue)
f Pressing w during pause skips the file being played back and starts playback of the next file.
f Pressing q during pause returns playback to the previous file and starts playback.

Press the <AUTO SETUP/CANCEL> button.
f Full-screen display ends and the Memory Viewer screen in thumbnail view returns.

f If the number of recording pixels is less than the maximum number of display dots
f If the number of recording pixels is more than the maximum number of display dots
f The playback order follows the order that you set on the [NETWORK/USB] menu → [MEMORY VIEWER] → [SORT] (x page 108). Even if
the video files and still image files are mixed in the folder, it will be played according to the settings of the [SORT].
f The time bar of the operation guide at the bottom of the playback screen will disappear when the [NETWORK/USB] menu → [MEMORY
VIEWER] → [GUIDE] is set to [OFF] (x page 109).
*1 The maximum number of display dots for each model is as follows.
PT-VZ585N: 1 920 x 1 080
PT-VW545N: 1 280 x 800
PT-VX615N: 1 024 x 768
Resume playback
When automatic playback is disabled (the [NETWORK/USB] menu →[MEMORY VIEWER] → [AUTOPLAY]
(x page 108) is set to [OFF]), resume playback can be performed.
Resume playback is a function that stops movie playback in the middle and restarts playback from the position
where the movie has been stopped the last time when the same file is to be played back next time.
The following operations resume playback from the position where the last playback has been stopped.
f Stopping movie playback in the middle, going back to the Memory Viewer screen, and then selecting the same
movie file again and playing it back
f After playing back other movie or still image files, selecting the previous movie file and playing it back.
Note
f Resume information (information on the position when movie playback is stopped in the middle) is automatically saved at the time when
playback is paused by pressing the <ENTER> button during playback or when full-screen display is ended by pressing the <AUTO SETUP/
CANCEL> button during playback.
f Resume information (information on the position when movie playback is stopped in the middle) of up to 50 movie files can be saved. When
the 51st movie file is played back, resume information will be deleted in order from the oldest.
f When resume playback is performed, some files may not be played back from the correct position where the last playback has been
stopped.
f All resume information will be deleted if one of the following operations are performed.
g Removing the USB memory
g Turning off the power
, it will be enlarged with the aspect ratio maintained.
